| What is an Inspection Visit? |

We plan inspection trips tailored around your specific requirements. Our individual Inspection trips are for 2 nights and 3 days, however this can be extended if you would prefer to stay longer.
Our trips include:
- Accommodation in one of our properties on a luxury resort*
- Free transfers from the airport
- Free luxury breakfast food packs in the villa
You will be staying in one of our owner’s properties, so you can experience first hand what it’s like to live in the kind of property you may ultimately own.
All we ask is that you book and cover the cost of your airfare, this will enable you to select the best departure airport and dates for you, along with the ability to grab a bargain with one of the low cost airlines. Just confirm the dates with one of our sales team before booking your flights.

| What to Expect When You Arrive |

Over the course of your stay the itinerary is very flexible and we plan around you and what you want to see, moving at your pace not ours and with absolutely no pressure, we are there to just help you on the journey, you make the decisions!
We also work closely with other estate agencies on the resort, so if you can't find what you require on our web site, we can do an individual search that will quite literary present you with everything that is on the market at that time.
*Accommodation in one of our properties on a luxury resort costs £150 for the 2 nights and 3 days. The full amount will be refunded on the day you sign the title deeds, if you bought through Resort Sales and Management.
